Roll support

Roller supports are devices that are used to hold up the weight of pipes in which a fluid subject to variable temperatures runs. The thermal expansions generated by temperature cause friction reactions in correspondence with all bearing points of the piping. To reduce the entity of such forces that are transmitted to the structures, it is necessary to use roller supports with low coefficient of friction.

INOFLEX roller supports are manufactured in nine different types. For each type there exist different sizes in order to hold up different pipe diameters and different loads.

Slide bearing

INOFLEX Teflon sliding pads are devices that are employed to support the weight of pipes and equipment subject to movements. The sliding pad friction coefficient is maintained within small values (0,04). Because of that, the forces due to friction in correspondence of every support point are of small entity.
